Cynthia Kuhn was cited by Benchmark's Guide to America's Leading Litigation Firms and Attorneys for her well-earned reputation as a top commercial litigator in Arizona.

     Cindy began earning this reputation as she tried a number of significant civil cases for the Arizona Attorney General's office before joining Rusing & Lopez, according to Benchmark. Cindy has built on this reputation in her practice at Rusing & Lopez expanding on her general commercial litigation practice into the areas of employment litigation, environmental litigation and toxic tort defense.

     Benchmark cited Cindy's notable role in securing summary judgment in the defense of beryllium manufacturer Brush Wellman. Cindy's latest work in toxic tort defense has included her successful defense of a landlord and property manager sued by more than 100 former tenants for injuries allegedly caused by mold, leading to an award of attorneys' fees in favor of the defense, and against adverse counsel, in the amount of $750,000.
