RUSING LISTED AMONG TOP SEVEN ARIZONA LITIGATORS

RUSING LISTED AMONG TOP SEVEN ARIZONA LITIGATORS

Mick Rusing is among seven Arizona lawyers, and the only one from Tucson, listed in the 2008 edition of Benchmark: America’s Leading Litigation Firms and Attorneys, published by Legal Media Group, which also publishes Institutional Investor.

Rusing has also been listed, for the second consecutive year, in Best Lawyers in America, in the category of Commercial Litigation.

Rusing recognized by Benchmark as one of Arizona’s "local litigation stars." The other Arizona litigators making the list are Peter Baird (Lewis and Roca), Gary Birnbaum (Mariscal Weeks), Paul Eckstein and Joseph Mais (Perkins Coie Brown & Bain), William Maledon (Osborn Maledon) and Don Martin (Quarles & Brady). All practice in Phoenix.

Benchmark cited Rusing’s success on behalf of both plaintiffs – including his $10 million judgment for Research Corporation – and defendants such as Brush Wellman. He was praised for being an "effective advocate who doesn’t fabricate a story and then try to sell it."
