Rusing &
Lopez's employment law practice primarily involves representing
management’s interests in litigation and in day-to-day
administrative and employee management matters.
Our
non-litigation employment representation ranges from offering advice
on an as-needed basis to assisting clients in the development or
revision of personnel policies, handbooks and other related programs
and to ensure compliance with government regulation and wage and
hour laws.
Rusing &
Lopez's litigation services involve defending employers in a wide
variety of disputes involving employees, the Arizona Attorney
General's Office, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission,
the U.S. Department of Labor, etc., including:
