Rusing & Lopez represents developers and owners of apartments, hotels, shopping centers, office buildings and warehouses, as well as investors in and purchasers of both commercial and industrial properties.

The firm’s representation in real estate transactions includes assisting its clients in the acquisition, sale, zoning, development and management of real property, as well as in obtaining necessary financing, and assisting them with sale/leasebacks, mortgages, and ground leases. The firm’s attorneys also have experience in handling real estate transactions on behalf of foreign individuals and entities.
